I’m Ashley, the Owner of Field & Grow Consulting, and I’ve been passionate about tourism and hospitality since 2006. Over the years, I’ve worked in product development and in-destination experiences, partnering with not-for-profits, communities, and municipal governments across Saskatchewan and Alberta.

I launched Field & Grow in 2023 to help businesses and communities across Western Canada grow their tourism potential. Whether it’s creating unforgettable experiences, developing unique tourism products, or fostering partnerships, my goal is to make tourism accessible and memorable for everyone.

Ashley brings over a decade of experience in the tourism sector, specializing in product development and in-destination experiences. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership from Medicine Hat College, she has worked extensively with not-for-profits and municipal organizations across Saskatchewan and Alberta. Named the 2019 Tourism Ambassador of the Year by the Saskatchewan Tourism Awards, Ashley is passionate about building strong communities and creating impactful visitor experiences. Originally from East Central Alberta, she now enjoys life on her acreage near Regina, spending time in her 3-acre garden with her spouse and children.

Event & Tourism Development Coordinator

Role coming soon: Field & Grow Consulting is seeking a creative and organized coordinator to support event logistics, marketing, and tourism experience development. Responsibilities include planning events and festivals, creating social media content, updating the website, writing blog posts, developing tourism itineraries, and building partnerships with local attractions. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about community.

 

This role will offer hands-on experience, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to network with industry professionals.
